Mancini Pasta Classica Spaghettini 500G

We produce our pasta exclusively with durum wheat that we grow and harvest each year in the fields surrounding our pasta factory. Only two ingredients go into making our pasta: semolina and water.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina and water.

Production: Extruded through circular bronze dies for a rough texture, then slow-dried for 36 hours at low temperatures (36°C to 46°C).

Dimensions: 2.2 mm diameter and 260 mm length.

Cooking time: 9 to 11 minutes for al dente.

Sourcing: Grown and produced directly by Pasta Mancini in Italy's Le Marche region.
