Truly Market ships from our shop in Markham, Ontario. Pickup is available in store. Rates below are in CAD and shown at checkout before you pay.
Order processing
We pack online orders at Truly Market — First Markham Place on business days. The shop is closed Saturday, so orders placed Friday evening or Saturday are packed on Sunday or Monday depending on timing. You will get an email when your order is on its way or ready for pickup.
GTA delivery
We offer Complimentary GTA Delivery on orders of $150 CAD or more (before tax) to the postal codes listed below. Delivery is $0 when your address qualifies. If the cart is under $150, or the postal code is outside this list, checkout will show our regular Canada shipping instead.
Use the first three characters of your postal code (the FSA). Every full six-character code that starts with one of these FSAs is included.

Canada-wide shipping
We ship across Canada for a flat $15 CAD, typically 3–9 business days after we pack the order. Canada Post options may also appear at checkout depending on the destination. Complimentary GTA Delivery does not replace this rate outside the postal codes above, or on carts under $150.
U.S. shipping
United States Shipping — Temporarily Paused
Due to ongoing uncertainty surrounding U.S. tariffs, customs requirements, and import restrictions, we have temporarily paused shipping to the United States.
We are closely monitoring the situation and hope to resume U.S. shipping once the requirements become clearer and we can ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers.

International shipping
Hong Kong and mainland China: $20 CAD, typically 5–10 business days. Free shipping on these orders when the cart is $400 CAD or more.
Other international destinations: $30 CAD, typically 6–10 business days. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We do not ship to every country; unavailable destinations will not show a rate at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
- Pickup at the Markham shop: ready on a business day after we pack, during store hours.
- Complimentary GTA Delivery: usually a few business days after packing. We will email you when it is out for delivery.
- Canada: 3–9 business days after packing.
- Hong Kong / mainland China: 5–10 business days after packing.
- Other international (outside the U.S.): 6–10 business days after packing, plus any customs clearance. U.S. shipping is temporarily paused.
Times start when the order leaves the shop, not when you check out. Perishable and refrigerated items may be held so they travel on the next suitable day.
Tracking
When your order ships, Shopify emails a confirmation with a tracking number and carrier link when the carrier provides one. Local GTA deliveries and in-store pickup may not have a public tracking number; we will still email you when the order is packed or out for delivery. Check spam if you do not see it, or email us with your order number.
Delays and delivery issues
Weather, carrier volume, incorrect addresses, and customs can add time. If a package is marked delivered and you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your building, then contact us within 48 hours and we will open a carrier trace. We are not responsible for delays or fees once a parcel is with the carrier or in customs, but we will help you follow up.
If we packed the wrong item or something arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and email us. Food, supplements, and personal care that have been opened generally cannot go back; see our refund policy.
