Order processing

  1. Packed in Markham

    We pack orders at First Markham Place on business days.

  2. Closed Saturday

    Orders from Friday evening or Saturday are packed Sunday or Monday.

  3. On its way or ready

    We email you when it ships or is ready for pickup.

  4. Delivery time starts

    Times start when your order leaves the shop. Refrigerated items may wait for the next suitable day.

Tracking, delays and returns

How do I track my order?

We email tracking when your order ships, if the carrier provides it. GTA delivery and pickup may not have tracking, but we still email you updates. No email? Check spam.

My order is delayed, or marked delivered but missing. What now?

Weather, carriers, address errors and customs can add time. Marked delivered but missing? Check with neighbours and your building, then email us within 48 hours and we'll open a carrier trace.

What if my order arrives late?

Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days. If yours is running late, email info@trulymarket.ca and we'll track it down. If it still hasn't arrived within 30 days of its expected delivery date, you can cancel any time before it's delivered, and we'll refund you in full, shipping included, within 15 days.

Wrong item or arrived damaged?

Email us photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Opened food, supplements and personal care can't be returned; see our refund policy.

Who pays customs fees and duties?

Duties and taxes are extra and paid by you. If we can't ship to your country, no rate shows at checkout.
