Truly Market is an independent wellness and specialty food market built around a simple idea: what we bring into our lives should be worth choosing.

Led by a registered nutritionist with a global perspective, we seek out exceptional products from Canada and around the world — from functional nutrition and thoughtfully formulated supplements to specialty foods, clean personal care and everyday discoveries.

Our selection is intentionally curated rather than extensive. We look closely at ingredients, sourcing, quality and purpose, with a particular understanding of low-sugar, lower-carbohydrate and anti-inflammatory lifestyles. Some products are backed by nutrition science; others earn their place simply because they are exceptionally well made.

Many of our favourite finds begin outside the store — through travel, conversations with producers, industry relationships and our own curiosity. We taste, research and personally evaluate what we carry, so our customers don't have to navigate an endless shelf of options.

But Truly is more than the products we sell. Our knowledgeable team takes the time to understand what our customers are looking for and to share what we know without pressure.
