Roasted by The Angry Roaster — a washed lot from the Asaro valley in Papua New Guinea’s Eastern Highlands.

Producer Peter “Seed” Yayuho grows Typica, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and K7 at around 1,650 masl on an old estate-style farm. Fully washed, it’s a calm, fruit-forward cup with tangerine and golden pear up front and a plum-like finish.
