Cantabrian anchovy fillets done the classic way — hand-prepared in Spain and packed in olive oil.

Pujadó Solano sources spring anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea (Bay of Biscay), then cures, trims and fillets them by hand so you get clean, plump fillets with deep savoury flavour and a silky texture. About 9–11 fillets per 50g tin.

These are the kind of anchovies you put on buttered toast, fold into a Caesar, or lay over tomatoes and good olive oil — intense, balanced salinity, and worth eating on their own.

Ingredients: Cantabrian anchovies (Engraulis encrasicholus), olive oil, sea salt. No preservatives or colourants.
