This premium salmon gravlax is delicate and delicious, with its vibrant reddish-fuchsia hue and subtle sweetness derived from fresh beets, complemented by a hint of fruitiness from the brandy. Unlike our smoked salmon lox, this gravlax is cured but not smoked, allowing the natural, refined flavor of the salmon to take center stage. It boasts a smooth, rich, velvety texture and a luscious buttery taste that lingers on the palate—leaving you craving another slice again and again.

For this premium product, we choose, cut and utilize only the flavorful and tender prime loin of the salmon fillet, also know as the "royal" or "tsar" cut. Furthermore, we manually remove most of the greyish/brown fat line from each fillet before slicing, resulting in a cleaner slice with a more uniform flavor and texture.
