Hydration Booster Jelly is a hydrating booster with three types of hyaluronic acid. It's based on organic Mayie rose, which envelops it with a delicate floral scent.

It's an oil-free and emollient-free gel, offering a very lightweight, watery, luxurious, and intensely hydrating texture. Alongside sun protection, daily skin hydration is essential to delay the undesirable effects of skin aging.

Routine step:

Morning: Apply a small amount after toner, before serum/cream/oil. Evening (recommended): Apply a larger amount after toner, before serum/cream/oil. The technology of this hydrating gel:

3D Hyaluronic Acid: Three types of hyaluronic acid with different molecular weights to penetrate the skin at different levels, providing three-dimensional hydration, both on the skin's surface and in the middle and deep layers. Very strong hydration, ideal for evening routine. Increases skin permeability, allowing the actives from the product applied after Hydration Booster Jelly to be absorbed more efficiently. It is 98.3% natural, 92.8% organic, cruelty-free, vegan, and formulated in the Mayie laboratory to minimize environmental impact while providing maximum benefits for the skin.

Formulated without alcohol, oils, parabens, silicones, fragrance, essential oil, SLS, genetically modified organisms. pH: 5.0 - 5.5

It's a gel with a watery texture but at the same time velvety and luxurious, non-greasy, with a refreshing, invigorating, and highly hydrating effect.

Hydration Booster Jelly is recommended in the evening routine due to its high content of hyaluronic acid. If the ambient humidity is not high, it's very important to apply a cream or oil after applying the gel to maintain hydration effectiveness.

Active ingredients:

Hyaluronic acid: Three types with different molecular weights, an extremely powerful moisturizer, of natural origin, obtained through fermentation. Glycerin and propanediol: Strong natural moisturizers, certified organic, and COSMOS ORGANIC respectively. Cosmetic urea: Part of NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factors), a very powerful moisturizer. Certified organic Mayie rose hydrolat Scent: Light, floral, fresh, rose.

Usage: Apply to face, neck, décolleté, and eye contour in the evening, after cleansing the skin or after toner and before applying cream or oil.

Hydration Booster Jelly does not create dependency or sensitization. It is thus recommended for daily skincare, for the face, and eye contour.

Storage: To benefit from the Hydration Booster Jelly's benefits for as long as possible, we recommend keeping it in the original packaging, tightly closed, protected from light and moisture, at room temperature.

Shipping & delivery

Truly Market ships from our shop in Markham, Ontario. Pickup is available in store. Rates below are in CAD and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

We pack online orders at Truly Market — First Markham Place on business days. The shop is closed Saturday, so orders placed Friday evening or Saturday are packed on Sunday or Monday depending on timing. You will get an email when your order is on its way or ready for pickup.

GTA delivery

We offer Complimentary GTA Delivery on orders of $150 CAD or more (before tax) to selected GTA areas. Delivery is $0 when your address qualifies at checkout. If the cart is under $150, or your address is outside the eligible areas, checkout will show our regular Canada shipping instead.

Canada-wide shipping

We ship across Canada for a flat $15 CAD, typically 3–9 business days after we pack the order. Canada Post options may also appear at checkout depending on the destination. Complimentary GTA Delivery does not replace this rate outside eligible GTA areas, or on carts under $150.

U.S. shipping

United States Shipping — Temporarily Paused

Due to ongoing uncertainty surrounding U.S. tariffs, customs requirements, and import restrictions, we have temporarily paused shipping to the United States.

We are closely monitoring the situation and hope to resume U.S. shipping once the requirements become clearer and we can ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers.

International shipping

Hong Kong and Macau: Flat rate $25 CAD, typically 5–10 business days after we pack the order. Complimentary free shipping applies on orders of $600 CAD or more (before tax) to Hong Kong and Macau.

Other international destinations: $30 CAD, typically 6–10 business days. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We do not ship to every country; unavailable destinations will not show a rate at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

  • Pickup at the Markham shop: ready on a business day after we pack, during store hours.
  • Complimentary GTA Delivery: usually a few business days after packing. We will email you when it is out for delivery.
  • Canada: 3–9 business days after packing.
  • Hong Kong / Macau: 5–10 business days after packing.
  • Other international (outside the U.S.): 6–10 business days after packing, plus any customs clearance. U.S. shipping is temporarily paused.

Times start when the order leaves the shop, not when you check out. Perishable and refrigerated items may be held so they travel on the next suitable day.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link when the carrier provides one. Local GTA deliveries and in-store pickup may not have a public tracking number; we will still email you when the order is packed or out for delivery. Check spam if you do not see it, or email us with your order number.

Delays and delivery issues

Weather, carrier volume, incorrect addresses, and customs can add time. If a package is marked delivered and you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your building, then contact us within 48 hours and we will open a carrier trace. We are not responsible for delays or fees once a parcel is with the carrier or in customs, but we will help you follow up.

If we packed the wrong item or something arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and email us. Food, supplements, and personal care that have been opened generally cannot go back; see our refund policy.
