Your skin will soak up the dissolved minerals in the salt from your bath water.

Salt baths have also been shown to help reduce inflammation and pain related to muscle pain to arthritis and similar conditions.

HOW TO USE: Add a packet of Lavender Bath Soak to your bathtub. Fill with water about two degrees warmer than your body temperature to benefit from the sea salt bath. Soak in the tub for 15-20 minutes.
